No he isn't Scott linehan wore out his welcome in Dallas. Richard is still wanted by some Cowboy fans. Especially after the mike Nolan period. Cowboy fans would welcome Richard back with open arms.

People associate him with the legion of boom though he had little to do with it, his mentor Pete even told him to move on.
He also gave a lousy interview and said he wouldn’t recruit.
