There is absolutely zero basis to say O is a better coach than miles.

I doint think Miles gets shut out by Bama nor do I think UF beats LSU with Miles in charge...

but they don't score all those points vs the dredges of the SEC either....

so yeah if we get stuck with O I'm gonna be real upset.

Fire Miles for that meathead??? LSU will be fricked for the next 5 yrs easily.

Yes, then at the end of the year we could have fired the whole fricking staff and started fresh

My silver lining is that this will give us cause to fire Alleva and hire a real AD that can stand up to the pressure of boosters and former players and hire real coaches.

I can't believe we are about to have the worst overall collection of coaches in the conference between O, JJ, Nikki an Paul.

No, if we're going to lose LSU football is at least fun to watch. I happen to think Coach O could do a pretty good job with benefit of a his own OC, special teams, and a year to realign. I don't think he's the same guy that once led Ole Miss. Just like the Les of 2007 was gone by this year.

As a long time miles supporter and apoogist, no.

I dot want O at all running the show, but he at least made this season somewhat fun to watch again. I fell asleep during 2 LSU games this year while miles was still coaching. Had never fallen asleep on an lsu game in my life. Passed out a few times, but never fallen asleep. And I watch till the end whether winning big or losing big.

With that said, being at the Florida game was one of the most boring atmospheres I've ever seen in that stadium.

so I feel much the same way I did every offseason with Les, apathetic.

yep. me too.

Hard to get excited over this. We fired rain man, and hired sling blade.

Yes. To fire Les Miles to hire Orgeron is fricking crazy.
