That's what LSU got in O today.

Agreed, although if LSU breaks out the checkbook, maybe. But, again, Kiffin's career was dead in the water. I know he and Saban might not be BFFs, but is he really going to turn around and try to frick the guy who rehabbed his career by taking the same job in the SECw? I would think Aubie and LSU are sort of off limits.

Chicken, can you setup the forum to do a find-and-replace on "done deal," so that it reads "unsubstantiated rumor"?

It would make this board a lot more accurate.

Let's not forget kiffins old man was a coordinator for life.

Just remember that when you think that Lane definetly wants to be a head coach again.

I'm not a kiffin fan by far but he has practiced against sabans defense for a few years now. Les got his own arse fired for not allowing his coordinators to do their job. Head coaches don't call the plays the offensive coordinator does but he thought he was somehow smarter than they were. O will let his coaches call the plays on both sides of the ball. O can also recruit very well. With les the plays on offense would have never changed no matter who the coordinator was that has been proven already. I'm ready to see what this team can do when they've had a year under them. O did pretty good with the exception on the Florida game with only a few games under his belt. Nama may have beat us but if the holding calls would have been called it may have only been 6-0. Give the man a chance. Sat we know it won't be the same old boring shite we've had for the past 11 yrs.

We lost to Bama because Orgeron allowed Steve Ensminger to do his best "Les Miles Calling Plays" impersonation.

Bama was ripe for the taking and we shite the bed Offensively with a return to predictable and conservative SOS LM style play calling.

We would have won that game with a little more wide open Offense, like we had seen previously in the season...............

Sark had drinking problems at Washington before getting fired at USC for being drunk...at practice more than a few time among other times. Point being, he's an alcoholic & they are never cured.

Are you retarded? Do you think they can overhaul an offense in two weeks? Give me a fricking a break. If Etling would have hit his intermediate throws (which he has done all year) that game would have had a different outcome. Steve has done a damn good job so far ( he's not the longterm solution obviously) but the offense has been fricked since the National Championship game. It all falls on Miles not Orgeron. Before you post stupid shite think about what you're typing.

Lots of comments about Kiffin & O being guaranteed to bring on probation. I missed the news back then apparently. What schools did they coach at got put on probation? That mess at USCw was not on them. That was an agent pure & simple.

Careful. Thread will get whacked. I asked if that was a concern earlier on Tiger rant and it got whacked within seconds.

It really is a concern of mine.
