Orgeron and Aleeva better not mess this up!

NS was clear that Lane wants to be a HC ad that Nick will help him towards that. Yall keep holding out hope that he makes a lateral move. Should Lane make a lateral move then NS will cut his arse out of the program tonight

As far as the head coach he would be working under.

you think Kiffin cares? Kiffin cares about getting paid, just like every other assistant coach in America. And if he fixes the LSU offense, that would also look a lot more impressive then being another cog in Saban's wheel.
But at the end of the day, Saban is smart. He will "guide" Kiffin where he wants Kiffin to end up, and in whatever way benefits Saban the most.

Of course Saban says this. He's wants Kiffin to be a HC in a division he does not play in. Saban does not want him at an opposing school he played every year.

You can always spot the gump douche bag when they call Saban by his first name.

I think he does, yes. Again, I'll eat crow if he leaves for anything other than a HC job.

IMO, I think this is Kiffin's last year at Alabama, whether that mean he ends up a HC at another school or the OC at LSU. I think the "I'd love to come back another year" talk is nothing more than coach speak.

There's a 0% he ends up at LSU, other than Saban telling him to look elsewhere.
Head coaching job? Sure, don't blame him

why hasn't Alabama signed him to an extension?

Fully agree. O needs to move forward. There are are more championship OC's out there than just his boy Kiffin. The binder doesn't need to wait until it might be too late and we have to "settle" again.
