Kelly is so perfect

I see others saying they may have heard about this guy but I never considered him available. I thought he went to live at ND and had no idea he was unhappy. Then that sly fox Woodward wooed away a guy who is going to restore stability quickly, probably win a lot and allow himself a few years to not worry about football so much. I hope that Kelly is that guy for LSU. Seems like a perfect fit for the need and a chance for Kelly to become college football royalty status

But I still want Dave. Hopefully Kelly wins a lot while Aranda develops as a HC and we get great continuity for the next twenty years. Both guys, as far as I know, are high-character leaders. I’d actually be a little worried for DA right now and with Kelly I feel we are instantly moving in the right direction

I think he is a fantastic hire, but a little bummed about the thoughts moreau, ryan clark, and fournette have made. Also the video of when he introduced himself to team was awkwardly subdued atmosphere. Im not sure what I expected but it seemed strangely “flat”

Two of my friends who'd played for LSU the year before only lasted a few months after Saban got there. They were soft. He broke em.

A previous co-worker’s husband was a walk-on when saban got there and he said one of the first practices that whatever building they were in, saban opened the doors and had trash cans out. Apparently you either walked away and quit or you were throwing up in one of the trash cans.

I forgot to make one other point. He knows how to recruit the parochial schools that have so many great athletes
