Lots of people on this board last year wanted this guy. I think we can all probably agree glad he didn't come. Notre Dame's defense was just horrible. Guess to his defense some, he did just have one year there. Maybe he is good. Wonder where he will land? Thoughts?

It's a fair indication of the level of insight and sophistication that is prevalent here about what coaches do, what it takes to be successful as a coach, and what is necessary to create a team of coaches that can function together to build a winning program.

Which is a pretty decent level considering ND was willing to go get him(Make no mistake he was their real DC).

My thought is that he learned real quick having white boys in the secondary leads to very bad things.

He has zero talent. Zero bulk inside. And their best player was a true freshman.

You cannot forget what he did at GA Tech

Ga. Tech wasn't super pissed about him leaving until this past week.

I don't like him much. I heard he hates recruiting. And while I like blitzing, he does it way too much for a defense not to be gashed. He did well at GT, but he was gashed in a lot of games, especially bowl games.

Maybe Jimbo brings him to Florida State considering his ACC track record.

alot of people on this board were against him being hired at LSU and gave some pretty good reasons why he shouldn't come here.

Ga Tech wasn't that upset to lose him. You can say that Tech's defense is pretty bad this year but that is more due to a lack of talent on that side of the ball.
