Back when Les Miles was being carried off the field and Jimbo was a sure thing…..didn’t Tommy Moffit tweet out a cryptic: “you don’t want this guy around your program” type of message?
What exactly was said? It raised eyebrows.
But I cannot remember verbatim.

Yeah he had some late night drunken tweet, forgot what it was. Think it had more to do with Jimbo was gong to bring his S&C guy

He's right, we don't want Jimbo. It's amazing to me how short our memory is. In 2005, people were screaming and gnashing their teeth for Jimbo to leave Baton Rouge. He ends up at Florida State, everyone is happy. He wins a NC with Winston. Since then, nothing, oh, he beat Alabama, so did O. Leave Jimbo at A&M.

Well, I’m no Jimbo to LSU fan (at all) but I’m not sure Moffit needs to stay with LSU either. Our players are soft.

Because people are idiots and wouldn't listen to me tell them that the offensive issues were via Les Miles, not Jimbo. Same with 2006.

Doesn’t the head coach get the S&C coach to explain how he wants the players built? As in, we are running this system and I need them lean and fast or built to power run.
I am not saying that his time has not passed at LSU, but I don’t think this is all on Moffit.
