There is no way this could be true. If it were done, A&M would leak it long before then like they did OU/TX to SEC. They will want to get out in front of it and control the narrative as best they can.

Texas’ problem is that their boosters constantly meddle with the program and undermine the head coach. It’s been going on since Mack Brown was there, probably longer.
