Jimbo and Jameis

It appears that this board is severely divided between two factions with no posters in the middle ground. There is the pro-Jimbeaux crowd who wants to throw the bank at him and get him in Baton Rouge, and the "Love Trumps Jimbo Bubble Screen Fisher" group. I would have to align with the pro Jimbo crowd.
To the nay-sayers, I see a point that most non-Jimbo guys keep making surrounding Jimbo's success with Jameis Winston. These folks say that any coach could have had the success that Jimbo had in 2013 with Jameis because he was an amazing player.
My question for these people: Does Jimbo not receive any credit for successfully recruiting and obtaining the committment of Jameis when surely every college in the country was throwing offers his way (wasn't Jameis from Alabama)? This has been on of LSU's biggest weaknesses in running a successful offense and the main reason why we haven't hoisted more trophys. We have recruited and whiffed on guys like Jefferson, Lee, Jarrard Randall, Russell Shepherd (moved to WR), Chris Garrett, Rivers, Zach Lee/Andrew Hatch (special circumstance, I know), and Brandon Harris.
Just because Jameis was "so good that anyone could win with him", does Jimbo not get any credit for teaching/coaching Jameis to successfully run a college offense and lead his team to victories? LSU just had the greatest RB in its programs history and a surefire top 10 NFL draft pick, and didn't make an SEC Championship game with him, so the argument that any coach could win with superstar talent is incorrect.
Outside of the argument that Fisher has not won more with the talent he has (which is stupid), the only reason for not wanting him to run the program at LSU would be because of money. If money isn't an issue here, then why are you so against him?

Jimbo got a 5 star from Alabama during the Saban era.
yeah, our recruiting is going to suffer under him.

The "O over Jimbo" group is very loud, but also very much in the minority.
