I'm poking fun at O you retard. I don't think he has the organizational nous to develop the system they have at Bama, no matter how many assistants we hire from them, and no matter the desire to develop that structure. If you had read the book Meat Market, you would have seen that the lack of organizational ability was the primary downfall of O. I'd argue that the only coaches that look competent in that portray are Hugh Freeze and Frank Wilson. I don't think O will have somehow learned the skills necessary to develop a similar system to Bama at his other stops because I don't think he is capable of possessing those skills.
But again, this isn't an approved thought by the committee.
