I think you can live a perfectly normal life with a brain cyst. I had an abscess created by an infection on my brain.obce they did surgery to drain the puss and antibiotics to kill the infection,I was fine. They said the abscess will be there in some form forever.
So I'm sure urban could have a benign cyst and be able to live his life as long as it doesnt swell and push against the skull,that happened to me ,that makes for seizures and all kinds of issues speaking and moving even
