If Fla wanted Mullens, they would have made him HC in waiting or kept him in Fla and not let him get away going to State. His wife loves the small town of Starksville to raise their children. They have been to Fla, sure, but that is a hendrence, and Myers looking down that everything the HC does is not a good thing. U talk about money. Don't forget that the booster club at State is supplying Mullens with the cash to keep him at State. Money is not an issue. I don't think he is Saban and will lie about not going and show up in Fla the next day. Mullens will be at State a long time........count on it......

Continuity of the program with minimal rebuilding means mullen would be a great fit. I think mullen would be a fool to pass on florida if offered, and mullen is no fool....he goes. (IMHO)

It's very possible that he won't be offered Florida. If I were Florida, I would go in a different direction.

As of last night, Mullen had not even been contacted by Florida. Plus he's coached there and there's a lot of talk about the administration there being hard to work with. And Mullen will make plenty of cash if he stays.
