It’s been over a month sense Pelini was fired.

LSU still doesn’t have a DC. Instability hurts recruiting imo. This is different than a Bama where there coaches actually go become HC. Analysts, Position Coaches, moving into coordinator roles.

I can understand getting the right guy because you can’t have a repeat. But in a Joe Biden voice (come on man)

They're recruiting one defensive player for February and he's basically not coming. Let's rush for his dad to feel special though.

It’s not like interviews haven’t been held and two people haven’t been offered in that month span.

Except for Pelini, that is exactly what has happened here. Some of you are acting like children. Grow up, be patient, and let the process play out.

Well, Ed O had to wait until after the Bowl game to interview Marcus Freeman. Who then initially accepted the job until he returned home and his wife vetoed it because it was too far away from home.

Had he hired any Tom, Dick, and Harry, you would have been happier?

Moreover, Ed O then had to wait until after the Saints either won the Superbowl or lost in the playoffs to interview and offer Ryan Nielsen and in which he did. However, Ed O didn't know that Nielsen couldn't accept the job because Nielsen himself did not know he could not accept the job.

How is that Ed O's fault and again, would you have preferred that Ed O just hire any Tom, Dick, and Harry?

So why are you complaining? Because you would prefer Ed O to hire any Tom, Dick, and Harry regardless of qualifications and be done with it? I mean, that's what it sounds like to me.

Be patient, it takes time to screen prospective coaches and to interview them. I know you would prefer any Tom, Dick, and Harry, but if he does that, he and the fan base will end up being very disappointed with the outcome.
