i think it's a troll, to, FWIW. Too much doesn't add up. He knows OM people are so cucked they'll build him a statue if he re-signs and stays with them. One thing, though. Kiffin better REALLY like Oxford, because he'll be a pariah to other schools from now on. He won't get fawned over like this ever again.

Maybe, maybe not. What do you propose we do about it? Want us to pull our offer to save face?
No risk, no gain. A little egg on the face can be washed off and you go after the next one. Ole Miss is doing us a favor by pushing a deadline. Otherwise I would be a little worried that he would keep us on the line before making a decision and we could miss some important windows for recruiting and other coaches.

I don’t see it. The social media post of his kid wearing LSU swag sold me that it’s LSU. He’s going to spin this as a “family decision” to save what little respect he might still have from the football world.
