If it was anyone that wasn’t still coaching, we would have had the name today right? We get Napier to Fla leaked this afternoon. I guess maybe Fickell or Cristobal are extreme remote possibilities but Aranda has to be seen as the guy right now.

Something this board will never admit is Aranda may not want to come back to LSU and I can give you a lot of reasons why. He didn't leave on the best of terms especially since O took all the credit when Aranda was the main reason O didn't get fired earlier. He may not have felt respected enough by the university which probably could've did more for him.

Agreed nothing official and the articles insinuates that he is waiting till the after Big 12 championship game. The question of what does Baylor do in the Big 12 minus OK & UT, is still unanswered.
