Is Vandy getting Chadwell?

That is the hot rumor in Vandy circles. I think this would be a grand slam hire for Vandy. Surely Chadwell will hold out for something better.

It would be great for Vandy, but it's a job that could derail a promising career for a young coach. For his sake, I would hope he says no.

This is what a school like Vandy needs to do. He runs a highly efficient, modern, triple-option offense that runs fine with limited size and talent. I’m sure he’ll bring his DC with him too, unless he gets promoted at CC

That's what I was thinking. I don't know what the ceiling for success would be, but Vandy would be a preparation nightmare for SEC East teams in the middle of the season.
