Do you even know the story? I'm not saying Franklin should get the job, but it's irresponsible to go around accusing people of covering up a rape when that's not at all what happened.

You think Penn State (of all places, after dealing with the Paterno scandal) didn't do IMMENSE research into Franklin before hiring him? If there was the slightest chance that he covered up a rape, he wouldn't have been hired. Do your research.

ETA: Did not mean to sound combative and I agree with your point about a daughter or any female. But accusing someone of rape without the facts is dangerous as well. By all accounts, he did not cover anything up.
