I think it’s pretty well expected he will be traded

Unless they give him a chance with the new QB.

is he supposed to command top tier compensation at this point or is this like a courtesy trade to a team he chooses?

QB and WR are horrible. But that's on him. He's the GM.

I don't think he returns if the QB situation doesn't change but I'm not sure how you fix it.
Even a high draft pick doesn't guarantee QB success immediately, look at Bryce Young vs CJ Stroud right now.
All teams struggle with that transition from top NFL QB to replacing that guy. Look at Saints since Brees retired. Look at Packers trying to replace Rodgers, Love is starting to show some signs of being able to handle it but no guarantee.
Only so much you can do in free agency to fix it.

Depends on the market but he’s only got 1 year left on his deal so presumably will have a big say in where he goes

Yes, if he's as smart as he used to be, he should see the handwriting on the wall.

I still think the same thing of Pop of the San Antonio Spurs, but their luck in getting the top draft pick has probably bought him some time.

Is this it for Allen in New Orleans is the more pressing question. I think BB gets a chance to right the ship.

Didn't the Spurs lose like 13 straight? Pop needs to be fired

Let him have a chance to frick up a highly drafted QB because he hired his mailman to be the OC.

On Popovich, I have been saying for the last two years he needs to go. I don't think they have made the playoffs for the last four and maybe, five years.

I would predict he would definitely not be there for the big rookie's entire NBA career.

Sorry about sidetracking the talk about Belichick.

Well no shite. He turns 75 3 weeks after Victor turns 20.

Can we trade Allen for Belichick straight up?

He just signed a new contract recently if anything he’ll be traded but fired? No
