I just read that Mullen's wife would occasionally drive to Orlando to do grocery shopping to avoid dealing with the people in Gainesville.

You need to re-read your quote. She didn't drive 1.5 hours to the grocery store

No
If I'm Frost Fla would be way ahead of Nebraska on my list, you wouldn't have to leave the state to recruit for Fla.

Nebraska is a recruiting nightmare and I really think the move to the Big 10 has really hurt their presence in recruiting areas they relied on for so long. Hell the PAC 12 might have been a better fit for Nebraska.

Frost played his first two years of college football for Stanford, too. If someone is able to entice Shaw away from there, should Frost feel obligated to go to Stanford?

He's a Nebraska native and won a NC there, so those ties are probably the strongest, but it isn't as simple as some make it out to be. For one thing, Nebraska has a coach and they have not indicated that Riley will be let go yet.

I’m sure Frost has strong feelings one way or the other and needs to do what’s right for him and his family. I doubt he’ll let outside opinions drive a potential decision.

I was going to the grocery store in Orlando where I worked with the Golf Channel and I was driving the groceries back to Gainesville, because it was that bad.

Okay, so instead of grocery shopping near their house, she was going to work in Orlando and doing the grocery shopping there and driving it back from Orlando with her.

So not driving 1.5 hour to grocery shop, but avoiding Gainesville grocery shopping when possible and instead driving the groceries 1.5 hours back with her. Such a HUGE difference.

The whole idea of “morally” wrong for this question is “morally” wrong.

Florida is the easiest place to build a program. You can recruit with a car. So much talent in high schools there.

Nebraska?

Are there 25 D-1 players per year there? In Florida, some years there are that many 5 stars.

It would be dumb to go to Nebraska over Florida.
