That was entertaining. I did enjoy his talk and , although some parts were better than others, there were indeed some charismatic moments. The Devin Hester/Met his wife story and meeting Pete Carroll story were great.
He sorta reminded me of Lou Holtz minus the spit hahahha he has a wealth of stories with some well known characters.
That was the best I've seen of him and although I don't see a HC, I did enjoy that speech. For me , he only seems to copy bits and pieces of his previous bosses and I just don't have much faith in his ability to be original. When somebody else's ideas don't work, then what?
Anyway , I asked for evidence and you provided. Thanks!

Are you saying there's proof in your link that the entire fan base wanted Ed Orgeron? Because all I see in your link is some articles and a few twitter posts. At no time did I say that there wasn't a push for O. In fact, I've said repeatedly that there was a push.

I like the bayou joke at the first part of the speech. Corny but still funny.
If nothing else you learn that the man knows a whole hell lot of people from his time in the coaching profession. From Ken Hatfield, Jimmy Johnson, Pete Carroll, Stephen Jones to first round draft picks that he recruited and coached. His talk about Cortez Kennedy and being an Arkansas State trooper was funny also.
