Overpaid, average to above average coach. Got off his lazy arse a couple years recruiting strong and won a title, then he relaxed and let it slip. Now he's bumbling around at Agricultural & Mechanical just as haphazard as ever.

He's Les Miles 2.0. He's gonna get you 8-10 wins a year while recruiting well. You'll get one great year here and there. But, he will also make you wanna pull your hair our some times.
