The exact same thing happened when Saban was hired. ND is No 6 with a shot at the playoffs; that coaching staff can improve their stock if they get in and win.

Do you realize Saban asked the LSU administration to give his MSU coaches the right of first refusal to coach at LSU. They sent a plane to Michigan and it came back empty. Same situation as this one where his coordinator became head coach and all of the other coaches stayed.
