Actually you are wrong. There is no limit on how many analysts you can have.

This is completely untrue. Haveing a coach that went to the university almost guarantees a level of loyalty and stability. That’s why the ND OC stayed at ND because he played there. Also Miami just hired Cristobal he went there, Kirby went to UGA, hell Mickey Joseph went to Nebraska, Kevin Faulk played for LSU. There are countless coaches in the NCAA that coach at schools they played for.

Yeah and that has got the schools what exactly? Nebraska is a shell of its former self, so is Miami. Cristobal can recruit but his coaching lacks a lot to be desired. Not sure he does anything at Miami. Kirby has won nothing. Loyalty will get you so far.

The schools or school that has been consistently winning have nobody remotely linked to the school. Bama. Clemson. Ohio St. Former players may help from time to time but you dont need them to be successful

I do believe o valued recruiting over development and coaching. You gotta have the dudes, but if you can't coach them or keep them does it really matter? All those top 5 classes and we had walk ons playing at the end of the year

If BK can just find a balance between recruiting and development LSU should be fine. Somewhere between Coach O's recruiting is the only thing that matters and Kirk Ferentz's give me whatever and I'll coach them up.
