If we hire anything other than spread offense it is a failure

pro style doesn't work. It's done in college football. It will never beat Bama.

The modern "pro style" employs a lot of spread anyway. Don't need to classify it one way or another imo, just go get a guy that will install an offense here that isn't outdated by 20 years

Except they don't run pro style. Bama is spread, Washington is multiple, and Clemson is spread. And a pro style has not beaten Bama since 2011 lsu got lucky and they had to use the option to do it. So really 2010 lsu is the last time a non spread team beat bama

bama and clemson run spread offenses now. we just need to get away from playing under center so often

Lsu, Michigan and Stanford are the only big name teams off the top of my head that still run a pro style offense. Actually Stanford is so run heavy I'm not even sure if that's a pro style offense.
Teams like USC, Alabama and Washington are running a hybrid spread/pro system. Pro style philosophies out of spread formations.

thing is that is what is best to bet bama. Meyer has beaten saban at two different schools with spread option/power spread/power read offenses. Malzahn has beat him with that also. Freeze spread them out.

LSU needs to be done with the pro style offense. No more fullbacks or blocking TEs on the roster.

Pretty sure several teams would be killing it with Michigan's schedule....Ohio St will expose them soon enough

Also Michigan hasn't exactly played great competition yet. Like last year when they actually played quality teams, they got slaughtered
