Carter, baker, Raymond, and now the dc have all proven to be stud recruiters, or an ability to coach up their groups all year.

IF... coach O was why we sat in 4-2, base man all year, and these last few games are the real DC's fronts and calls... I'd love for the whole def staff to be back. What say you?

No. I like how Jones has improved, but we need someone who has more experience.

Edit: CR is an obvious keep

Raymond and maybe Carter. Then go spend a $hit ton on a DC.

People need to stop with the DC proving he is good. It took him 7 games to figure out blitzing. Also O is currently claiming credit for it too. Either way I would prefer going and hiring a new DC with legit experience as a D1 DC. Hope Jones gets a good job out of this, but no, he shouldn’t be retained.

I think Baker and Raymond need to be retained. I wouldn't have a problem with Carter and Jones interviewing for the gigs, but they are by no means guaranteed a job.

I’d think the new coach would want to bring in his own people. That being said it would be wise to keep a lot of guys on staff for the sake of continuity/smooth transition as well as guys who are connected with recruits and local schools. I’d expect a new DC while retaining a lot of the positional coaches and support staff, or some shuffling thereof.

I just don't want the DC from OU. Very unimpressive.
