If Miles Leaves, Who Could Keep This Class Together?

We have an amazing recruiting class coming in. How would we keep it together? How quickly do we need a new coach and who would be the best hire to keep the class together? I don't want to be shortsighted, but like we saw with Saban leaving, that 2005 class contributed greatly to the 2008-09 problems.

I know there were reports that recruits were being told that Les was staying, but that could all change quickly.
