If its Coach Ensminger, why isn't it announced already

he is already on staff
they knew about Canada leaving a long back
they had time to work out the contract with Coach SE
plenty of time to due dillegence

This is my interpretation as well. The process has been too clumsy and disjointed to be a real search. Look at how quickly A&M poached an elite DC after Aranda rebuffed them. There's no reason LSU couldn't do that.

Or it was Ensminger all along just like O said after the A&M game. They floated names they knew would never work just to act like a search occurred. BOOM...Ensminger
