I WILL TOO OF IF HE SOMEHOW GRACEFULLY GETS CROWTON OUT OF TOWN.
IT ONLY TOOK HIM 3 YEARS TO GET RID OF RP.
AND CROWTON IS FAR WORSE OF A CANCER TO THIS TEAM'

Miles needs credit for bringing in a passing game coordinator in Billy G as well. He fixed the offense.

Wrong (and all caps doesn't make it any less wrong). It only took him about 5 minutes to get rid of him. That was the easy part.It took him a couple of years to give a talented kid opportunities to grow up and counseling as to how to do it.

Can't blame Miles for this.

Not blaming Miles. I'm pointing out that Miles did his best to help RP grow up. It didn't "take him 3 years to get rid of RP" as the poster to whom I was responding said. It would have been easy to toss him the first time he crossed the line. Miles did what a coach is supposed to do. Teach. Counsel. Understand that these guys are still children in many ways. When it didn't take, he did what he had to do.

Miles could throw Crowton under a tractor trailer at this point and 90% of us would do a dance and probably burn some shite down in celebration.

Depends if they are good or not. Miles let go of a few players for minor first time offenses, not RP

Miles needs to man up and just fire Crowton's arse. All of the good available OCs will be taken by the time Miles finds Crowton another job, which he won't be able to do because no one wants this retard running their offense.

Miles is also not stupid. If you can turn RP around, you've got a potential star. Not so much 4th string offensive guard Peter Putzenhandler.
