Yeah because the one we have now with HC experience is working out so well. Where did this narrative that you have to have been a head coach before to run a program come from? It seems to be a common theme with LSU and it makes zero fricking sense. Kirby Smart had zero head coaching experience two years ago and he's in the playoff. Lincoln Riley had zero head coaching experience and he was in the playoffs. Dabo had zero head coaching experience before he took over Clemson. The list goes on.

I’d put any kind of money down that O doesn’t get fired before his contract is up. Definitely not happening next year unless he goes 0-12. It would be a PR nightmare and no good coach would want to come where they have two years to make a championship, because we all know that’s the only way this fan base would be happy.
