My guess is that if it is true that LSU is waiving or reducing the buyout then they would waive the 24 hour notice as well... Just my thought...

Florida hired their coach right before the Heisman Trophy presentation. Wouldn't put it past Michigan to hire their's right before kickoff and leak it out

Well, what time did that plane land in BR?
I recieved my email today around 1 :20 EST...
that Miles was offered the farm (up to 6 million)from UM because he kept saying No...
The UM AD and Miles are freinds, it's just silly to think there needs to be some formal interview...Agents and attorney's work out the details.. Until that gets done, no reason to meet in person to shake hands

I think Miles new he was going earlier this year. At halftime of the Alabama game he asked the players to win the game for him. My first thought was that he didn't want a losing record against Saban. My second thought was because this is his last meeting against him.

I hear you..and it looks like this going to happen... I just wonder how people outside of LSU know stuff, but LSU is the last to know..

Rich people don't get on planes to go talk about buyouts and contracts. They have very expensive phones and high tech video conference equipment they can use to talk amongst themselves. Rich people have lots of cash, but that doesn't mean they like to waste it all on airline fuel. If this Michigan plane is going back and forth from Dallas and B.R. it is to transport someone of interest, and they're not just talking. Just my opinion.
