I think I see the master plan behind the OC hire

So LSU will bomb next year, but still have a lot of talent.
Saban goes to the NY Giants in a couple weeks, and then after he yet again fails in the NFL, LSU is all set to get rid of O.
Saban comes to LSU to show he can beat his old team with his new team once again.

I reluctantly feel the need to express my inability to convince myself that this administration is that far sighted. Hell, they don't know what they're going to do two weeks from now.
But I said this the other day and I'll say it again... how ironic would it be if N$ finally moves on from his Mount Olympus kingdom at Tuscaloosa, and it coincides with LSU having the shrimp boat captain at HC and the tight ends guy at OC? FMFL.

So, you will wait for Saban to bomb in the NFL in, say, 3 years. He returns to LSU in the same geriatric state of what we currently have, and hires his high school team mates from West Virginia to fill the staff.
