Dude is like 30 years old. I'm sure he'll have no problem getting an NFL positional coach job that is befitting of a 30 year old

Maybe it was just a tad bit too early to promote him to the stratosphere.

I’d say your assessment is pretty fair, but I’m also not sure what more he could’ve done considering CMAC is injured half of the time and his QB’s have been Teddy (decent), Darnold (below avg), and Newton (Washed).

Jimmies and the Joes don't matter as much as scheme in the NFL, unless you're in a situation like the Saints are in, where you're playing your season with 1/3 of your normal offense. Brady's scheme didn't do enough to expose holes in defenses, and he didn't do much adjusting at halftime. His approach was overly simplistic for the level he is competing against, and it made life harder on his QBs. He needs to take a year or two to refine his system for the NFL, and spend time under a more experienced OC to learn more of what is required when facing defenses in pro football.

Maybe Joe Brady wasn't anything special. Maybe our coaching staff was so bad, that bringing in a guy that was able to install some passing concepts from a modern offense, combined with a bunch of NFL Pro Bowlers on a college team created lightning in a bottle.

I'm not going to shite on Joe Brady, because he was an essential part of the greatest college football season in history, but I'm not sure why people are still so convinced he's some offensive genius.

Generational talent on the roster. O should get some credit for that. Lightning in a bottle offensive duo: Ensminger OC, Brady adding in the secret sauce to enhance it. O should get some credit for that as well. Aranda being Aranda. His ability to analyze, understand, and adjust both within games and over the course of the season cannot be underestimated.

No doubt O lucked into some of those key pieces, but why not just fondly remember that magical season? Sure, as individuals they had flaws but together they made one hell of a gumbo. Why shite on any of them?

I would welcome Joe Brady back if that is what he and CBK decided was best for them and LSU. Doesn't appear to be likely, but there's no reason to rewrite history to try to feel better about it.

Seems like Brady had a head coaching problem and a personnel problem.

I bet he can succeed.

He'll end up at Bama in some capacity to help make Bryce Young unstoppable next year.

I think you'll see his next move heading to a specific qb or already established offense.

Burrow + Chase + Jefferson + E-H says you are welcome, Joe.

Joe Brady in the NFL I’d like Peetz in college. Wasn’t ready for it.
Not sure Brady was ready for college OC either.
