ETA:

UL had the 5th ranked recruiting class in the Sun Belt the cycle before Napier took over, and since then has had back-to-back-to-back #1 classes in the conference.

So he gets credit for Saban and his bag men? I see.

How about this number:
5-1 versus teams with a combined 23-36 (against everyone else) this season and a total point differential of -2. The loss was to a 4-6 Texas team and beating FCS Nichols state.
Which means all that talent and barely beating HORRIBLE teams in his conference. In fact not a single team in USLs division has a winning record….
Amazing results I tell you.

Does this dude have any connection to Louisiana outside being the ULL coach for three years? It's bizarre how much people try to tie him to LSU/Louisiana.

Uf doesn’t have the recruiting advantages LSU does

That’s a pretty inaccurate take IMO. FSU and Miami both suck and play in an inferior conference. Florida has a population of over 4 times that of La with football talent that takes a backseat to no one. If they get a coach that can recruit and lock down the state they will be juggernaut.

lmfao what're you even talking about?

You quoted the part of my comment where i pointed out that napier had taken UL from a program that recruited in the middle of the pack in the sun belt and made it into a program that dominates the sun belt in recruiting year in and year out, and claimed that somehow saban is the reason for this turnaround...?

The point is this: Even if you give Napier--the bama WR coach--literally zero credit whatsoever for bringing in some of the greatest WR classes in history, he STILL has a very very strong recruiting track record.

It's totally fine if you don't want napier... But are you SO insecure that you can't admit a SINGLE positive attribute, even when it's staring you in the face? That's kind of embarrassing for a grown arse man lol. I mean you literally replied to a post about recruiting and started talking about W/L record and point differential and totally unrelated stuff. (Which, btw, the idea that being 9-1 is actually a NEGATIVE is kind of hilarious in and of itself). You're not the sharpest, are you?
