Please show us any inkling of evidence on his resume of him sticking around anywhere long term
He stayed as an assistant at USC for six years, before accepting an NFL HC job.
He was fired by a crazy delirious cryptkeeper, went to Tennessee and only left there after a year because basically his dream job of USC opened unexpectedly.
He was then fired by another arse clown of an AD (with a little nudging by his pal O) who continued to bring that once imposing program back to the dark ages.
He then stayed as an OC at Alabama for three years, not a short stint, before taking another HC gig, where he stayed for another three years, which is longer than anyone at FAU likely expected.
The idea that he’s some fly by night job hopper is idiotic or uninformed, you tell us which is applicable.

He'd do alright until he got caught in bed between two Chi Os.

has LSU waiting on possible major allegations from the NCAA.
Go figure.
Waiting for years now....seems like a solid case led by a bunch of hypocrite at the ncaa.
You can frick right off

bullshite. There’s a point where you hire him, but he’s not the best coach on the board by a mile. You go for the guys who you think are as good or better and are more likely to stay and build your program, if successful. You don’t take him unless a few people say no first because they are better fits for multiple reasons.
Of the coaches LSU is allegedly considering who's better than Lane?

If your AD doesn't have the balls to hire Lane say that.

I think he’d be really good for about 3 years then he’d get bored and look for something else new and shiny. He’s a literal man child.
This. The guy has the attention span of a gnat.

A question that embodies the truth of solipsism.
