He has seen it all and been through it all so there isn't anything unique you can come up with. Just have to hope it falls your way and have backup list ready to go.

Here’s our number. Take it or leave it. If you talk another school we will assume you don’t want the job and we will move on.
This idea that we have to have a certain coach and need to pay anything it takes to get our guy is faulty. And it’s why Sexton can do what he does.
