Is that a very good possibility? Interesting how Fisher has yet to say anything.

what's to say? He agreed to a contract extension less than a week ago. If he planned to go to Texas, that takes all his negotiating leverage away. There is now an official amount FSU is paying and if he f'd over FSU they wouldn't counter.

I really don't understand all the so-and-so is still in play bs for this reason. If you want to negotiate, you just shut the frick up and agree to nothing. It's very easy to say "we'll talk about it after the game but right now I'm entirely focused on winning a MNC"

Doubt it, FSU would probably move on. FSU is a premier job.

How many coaches go the NC game and then move on the same year? I can't think of any.

Granted... UT could offer Jimbo more money, perks, etc BUT I don't think they will.

I think they're sticking in the 4 - 4.5 million range which Jimbo is already in.

I still have a hard time thinking it's going to be him though. I really think it's going to be Franklin. It makes sense because his bowl game is tomorrow so he'd want to see that through and he hasn't addressed his name being brought up yet.
