Since 2014:

4-8
6-7
and now 5-6(likely 5-7 after App State next week)

He hasn't had a winning season since his first class and Bustle's recruits left. Off field shenanigans left and right, home attendance cratering, he's got to be out right?

Orgeron would have been a match made in heaven with UL. Oh well, pass the coleslaw

He was a popular pick to replace Hud back when Ole Miss and I think UF were interested

His clock is ticking. He may not be fired this year because of the buyout. But he's not got a lot of time to turn it around.

Losing seasons will happen at a school of our size. But they didn't dump a bunch of money into facility upgrades for a bunch of losing seasons in a row. Hud has pissed on all the good will he built up after the bowl wins and remember that Maggard didn't hire him.

Yeah, the money invested into the program since 2011 is what will sink him.

He’ll get another year imo. Personally I think the Lotief stuff will play a factor and save him

I think he would have done a solid job too. I'm cutting yaw some slack given the job he did this year. it's just terrible knowing LSU COULD have hired a mad genius to replace Les' goofy arse, and we just replace him with another goofy fricker

I've said this countless times. He would have been a perfect hire there. Louisiana guy, experience at the highest levels, decent recruiter, potentially a longer term hire.

Could go the other way, fans have completely jumped off the Hud wagon. A good hire could bring back some excitement.

The sun belt is shitty enough to where you can out talent people on a regular basis. O and a good offensive coordinator would've been a good combo.

agreed. by the way is UL solid at basketball this year? saw they beat Iowa. really no reason Ul shouldn't be competitive in basketball

I didn’t realize they had another game to become Bowl eligible. Beat App St. = Saves job?

He's not getting fired and App State is 7-4 with a loss to UGA and 6-1 in conference. Good chance ULL loses that game.
