Stoops out in AU, he hasn't really done to much and a few freidns that live in Arizona have heard rumors about them wanting him gone. He would be an excellent D-cor with bigtime experience.

At the beginning of the year I'd have agreed with you - I never thought Stoops would make it to 2009.
But the Wildcats are 5-3 and have a chance at a decent bowl if they win out. It will probably be enough to save Stoop's job.

No way. They're having their best year in a long time and will make their first bowl in forever. He probably deserved to be fired last year (Oregon probably saved him), but he'll get another year

Why is Kiffin such a hot coach? I realize he was under Carrol at USC, but he was not impressive at Oakland. Why should he get a big program?

Mickey Matthews??? He's got a NC in Div IAA, but is 72-45 overall and the other three times he made the playoffs they were ousted in the first round. I've never really heard his name before and don't think he's up for a big time coaching gig.

Heard something about Miles moving to Offensive coordinator for LSU, Saban making a return as LSU's Defensive Coordinator, and Bill Belichick leaving the Pat's to be the head Coach of the LSU tigers, because he is sick of all the diva's in the NFL and wants to get back to the glory of college football.

Agreed. He's winning with his 4th string QB at Cincy which is not easy to do. Dantonio is also a stand up, classy guy with a great defensive mind.

I thought that too, but I now think I'd like him at Tenn. He's already in Ohio so he already has ties to the mid west high schools. Plus, when Tenn is good Bama is not.(The enemy of my enemy is my friend) And we only play them twice every other four years.

Tell you what...I'll take Muschamp and line up aganist any one of those other guys mentioned...I promise you that the guys under Muschamp will be very prepared and play with some serious intensity and a chip on their shoulder.
