Look up. Some here have said a WCO is entirely too complicated for college kids to learn, but I’ve had two different people tell me this is what O wants. And the guy today is the source I mentioned earlier in this thread that would know.

This is one of the best first posts I’ve seen. Thanks for the info and cheers. Hopefully the dark days ahead don’t last as long as we think

Most of us up here dont expect Coach Orgeron to make it to 2019. Not with how the boosters are reacting. Much like you all. Defeated and depressed.

As they say, "what has to happen eventually, needs to happen immediately." Did we not learn anything from waiting too long to fire CLM?

Orgeron will run whatever he wants to run, and he will not let any amount of reasoning deter him from thinking USC ran the greatest Offense ever.

Certainly not me, because I think this is going to fail no matter what, but he asked a question. I certainly want to see MB succeed also.

Yeah, it’s just too bad he’s not Pete Carroll. I’m curious to see what he does when shite goes south next season.

Regardless of the outcome, there wont be any lack of drive from Ensminger. Every time I talk to him its like hes the most determined guy in the world.

Gotta see positives.

Sounds about right. I live in Bama and we’ve been the laughing stock of the SEC all year. It’s gonna get a lot worse before it gets better. Long bumpy ride

So Ensminger didn’t want the job last year. Ensminger didn’t want the job this year. Orgeron hires Ensminger. Great recipe for success right there.

Hmmm, should I work on the playbook and the passing game or binge-watch The Crown on Netflix......Hmmmmmmmm......Fck it..Honey where's the remote?

There’s not a poster here who doesn’t love Ensminger. They just hate him to be the OC because we can do so so so much better. He’s a great TE coach.

Why wouldnt Aranda have HC aspirations?

Miles pitch to him was that he would make an excellent HC with his brilliant mind. Said he could teach him some tricks on defense. I really like Miles.

I felt like Miles wanted to groom Aranda when he brought him in. Miles was close to both milestones and retirement age, I think he believed he could ride off into the sunset with a ton of LSU records and leave the program in good hands. And I think he believed that his tenure and overall record had earned him that right. It's really insane that there's been so much effort put into discrediting him, after all that he accomplished here.

Was the Orgeron move made by people who wanted to undercut Miles and take the program back? Was Alleva involved, or was he just the puppet?

Was he not determined for the last 25 years of his career?

Was his determination the reason he hasn't been hired as an OC since Clinton was in office?

Dave Aranda has a few intersting marks in his contract. He cannot entertain an SEC school until 2020. Period. He was given a HCIW tag as well (meaning he will be the first person evaluated and interviewed in the event Orgeron leaves). Orgeron is well aware and expects him to stay on staff.

I find this bit interesting considering how firm the guys on 104.9 were to dispel this belief the day after Aranda agreed to stay.

It would be rational to think Alleva's future is tied to Orgeron's, but if this agreement exists, I could see Alleva staying if Aranda becomes HC sooner than later.

Seriously, don't worry about what sub human inbreds think in Bama. When they were 4-7 they still thought they were one game away, one year away pre-Saban. Their opinions are worthless and their success is not worthy. No amount of cheating like that should b respected.
