On 104.5 @ noon, one of the national talking heads said he was in Boston the past few days. The hottest rumor up there is that no other than Mr.Houston Nutt is a serious front runner for the BC job. Can you see Mr. Nutt mingling with all those high society snobs up in Boston at that snotty private school??

I know he's good for a laugh for most people, but I still wish terrible things on Houston Nutt (and Tim Brando).

I'm petty.

Why this one? (Serious question, I know it's easy enough to hate him, but what are the specifics)

He is friends with Nutt, and he has taken a ton of pot shots at our fan base since things went sour with Nutt, still to this day...

This. Brando never misses an opportunity to talk about Nutt if he is talking about Arkansas.

His admiration is creepy and delusional. He also made a practice of attacking Ole Miss fans who were not happy with Nutt during the 6-18 years.

He has the best agent in the business. His name is going to be floated around a lot, but I doubt anyone takes a serious look at him.

houston nutt needs a school that recruits itself. he's actually not a bad coach. he really isn't. he can coach the living shite out of an o line and a running game. his defenses are usually at the very least agressive. his problem is that he hates recruiting and he's too conseveritive of an offensive coach to work with inferior talent.

he'd kill it at somewhere like lsu or even on a smaller sacle somewhere like california. but southern miss hell no.

Oh, it's even better. He isn't even a Baptist anymore. He is a Pentacostal or Assembly of God. He started going to one of those churches when the whole Mustain thing blew up and he didn't feel comfortable in the big Baptist church.

I just want to know if the school will provide translators for the press conferences because no one up there is going to be able to speak "Hootie".

Nutt is good at getting an awful program decent. He would do wonders for Colorado or BC.

You hear him tell it, he is responsible for building Boise into what they are today even though he was only there for one year and it was a losing season, their last...

he is a clown and is a terrible coach. He is a cheerleader that can motivate players who are hungry to win. And he is very good at that - but a good coach? Nope.
