Has Brady to Carolina been officially confirmed yet?

I know Schefter is never wrong, but has Brady or Carolina made an official announcement? Not being delusional, I’m sure I missed it, but if not... what’s the delay?

Basically every major news outlet is reporting it.
Sometimes the pro teams will wait until the whole staff is filled before making an announcement.
Brady also did an interview with a Charlotte radio station Tuesday night so it’s all but official.
