Hard timelines on big moves

Is how you lead to sub optimal results. A sub optimal decision can have a ripple effect. The aggregate returns of each ripple effect can be huge.

The goal is to make the right decision. Obviously move deliberately but be methodical. We do not need to make any hire until it is the right hire. This is a 10 year vision not 1 year.

Yup. Our fans are too stupid and too busy worshipping Kelly to realize this. If this goes backwards then recruiting Will just get worse.

There are only a couple guys in the CFP playoffs I think Are worth waiting for and one of them are OCs.

I just Think we need to have something in place to keep this class from being a complete dud.
