Good lawd!! If CEH was only around 5’7” standing on a phone book, how short is our AD?????

Going to be a long day at this house. Still have a few things to get cooked before the guests arrive and once they get here I'll drop the first turkey in the oil to fry while they dig into the gumbo, cheese and vegetable tray to snack on.
After the 2nd bird is done I'll head up and carve them as needed and by the time dessert is served, it will be time for the Saints game and I'm sure there will be those that will be here to the happy-----or bitter end of that game.
By the time I clean up, it will be past midnight. Glad this only takes place once a year.
ETA: For those that are frying a turkey for the first time--------don't become a viral U-Tube video for any unfortunate mishap. Be careful and have a great day.
