Look, I am a Tiger fan, I hope whoever gets the job turns out to be the heir apparent. I just do not like giving the reins to a first time coach with so much at stake.

If BG turns out to be super OC I will be the first to sing his praises, but let's see if he can do that against some ACC or Pac 10 defenses before we let him drive the Lambo huh?

Maybe BG will be promoted but if that is true why would Belowpar be reporting on other people being on the list. Seems like if the BG promotion was the plan then there would be no need to have a list of replacements.

You do not know that. Yes it is difficult, but every year is. WVU will be down, Oregon will be in real trouble if AU held them to 19. Other than that it is just another grind in the SEC. Good a year as any.

ya this is all speculation, kinda dumb to have an early discussion before things actually happen, but I guess all I'm saying is that no matter what happens, Gary in Gone and I trust in the powers that be to make the stars align.

Isn't that the record we had going into our last national championship?

When does LSU's schedule "allow" for a championship run? Every year is hard, you either deal with the cards you are dealt or start rooting for a team in another conference I agree with the OP, CLM has a knack for seeing a problem and fixing it. Wasn't the speculation that he tried to move Crowton last year and the AD would not allow it?

CLM does some wild and crazy stuff but his track record speaks for itself, he knows what is going on in his program.

Haven't we learned that when there is a problem it'll be fixed?

What on Earth have you been watching the last 6 seasons?

Nothing is fixed with this team until after it bites us in the booty.

Chevis Jackson as punt returner
Play clock management (still not fixed)
Game clock management (still not fixed)
WR hands ability (still not fixed, tho at least TT finally caught some in the Cotton Bowl)

I could go on for a while but do I really need to?
