is getting a look at OC for OSU. If not there, I would bet he stays at Clem to take full advantage of what they have returning next season then bolts to a really good job.
I've said all along that UNC is the best job that Gustav could get. He should jump at it if he gets an offer, I think he would do really well there.

Tommy Thigpen is being rumored to return to UNC with Gus if he gets the job, not sure if at DC though.

Thigpen wouldnt be brought as DC, he will probably coach LB's or secondary if he comes (which i think he will)

If I was the UNC AD I would hurry and hire Malzahn so he can make a run at Keith Marshall to keep him in state and play for the Heels!

If Gus gets the job, Thig will be safeties/dbs coach and Roof will coach LB's(NOT be the defensive coordinator). Either way, Ted will be finding new employment.

Thig's alma mater is UNC, and a big reason he left is because he did not get along with John Blake at all. Now that Blake is gone, and there is a chance that he could be DC or Asst Head Coach at his Alma Mater is probably too good to pass up.
And the Morris talk has been going around since before homecoming. He's option #1, so we're going to throw more money at him than Clemson can offer more or less and see if he bites. If he doesn't, we'll go from there
