I actually think Gase is a decent coach. He had no talent at Miami and freaking Ryan Tannehill as his QB and still won 6, 10 and 7 games.
I think with the roster Miami has, a bad coach would struggle to win even 3 or 4 games. They're horrible.

Cleveland's GM used to run the Packers. McCarthy to Cleveland makes more sense than Gase or McDaniels.

Guy takes over and does a great job there. You can always expect the Cleveland Browns to make the wrong decision whatever it might be.
