Great day for LSU fans with the Coaching Candidates.

Tucker wins so stays at MSU. Franklin's team Penn State beating themselves with turnovers. Kiffin loses to AU. Day and Aranda both got wins. So it looks like Day and Aranda are the leading candidates, with Fickell and Kelly still in the top 4.

Does anyone really think that Woodward doesn't already have his mind made up if not already has his guy signed?

Yeah I'm just waiting to see how Belichick and Saban do in their next games before I make up my mind on who I want.

No active coach is signing papers while still coaching someone else. Actually none would even negotiate another job midseason. Biggest breach of ethics ever.
So that would mean he would have someone not coaching which makes the end of season run for Ed make no sense...

His agent can negotiate the terms and have his client sign those papers anytime after his season is completed.

Well since Riley cant be had according to the Rant. It must be Day or Dabo. Day does put players in the NFL, several on the Saints roster.

Coaches entire careers and their futures all determined by how their games today fared, and nothing else.
Saban had a bye, so that probably drops him down at least one spot on the wishlist

Yes he can but you would want a coach who had a new job in his back pocket halfway through the current season... Wow!
Did you see what happened to Kiffin going back to UT... and he just left after one season.
