Look for Stump to retain Eric Dooley, the longtime wide receivers coach and recruiting coordinator. Former Texas Southern assistant Melvin Spears has been offered a position on the staff.

He had better get started with recruiting, it's late in the game. Hopefully he has a strategy already in mind to get more high energy, high ceiling guys to commit to the program. He'll have to sell it, but it can be done. Have a vision, a few goals and sell, sell, sell.
