Inside linebackers coach at UGA

Co-DC at UGA (Yes Kirby runs that D but he’s been around Kirby for a long, long time).

Elite recruiter

Highly thought of (Kirby’s first hire at UGA)

Former director of player personnel at Bama

30 years old. Doesn’t have 6 kids to worry about moving.

Only lacks playcalling. But he’s done everything else.

There are other great candidates besides Freeman. The sky isn’t falling.

I’d take him over some of these backups that are being thrown around

The dude is a grinder, S

And he’s young and hungry. He’s been in the SEC for several years and he’s only 30

Schu is really really good. It’s incredible we held on to him and Dell McGee so long. Roquan Smith said coach Schu is most responsible for his development at Georgia

This whole starting from scratch thing sounds exhausting. Someone text me when Bradley Dale is officially announced.

Maybe, but Georgia’s D has not been that good considering the amount of talent that role through there

Isn't he presumably a 3-4 guy?

Georgia runs multiple fronts and do a great job of getting their prototype 4-3 ends to the QB (Anderson, Nolan Smith)

As the UGA fan posted above, he’s done great work with his position group through the years

Georgia finished 12th in defense this year and first last year

Are we even looking at Schumann?

Corey Raymond, Barry Odom, Kevin Steele

I imagine these are guys on the short list. And like S said, just no. Please no. Give me youth. Give me energy over guys that are comfortable.

Wait what? Just cause Joe shredded. Them doesn’t mean they haven’t been good. They sure as hell weren’t dead last in pass defense.
