In coaching, most friends won’t replace their friends that are fired. Just keep in mind.

Freeze will probably give Liberty one more year to see if UT opens up. I don't think he would go to Auburn.

Kiffin and Ed are fiends. Kirby and Pruitt are fiends. There are many friends in the coaching circle. Doesn’t mean you don’t take a job to better yourself.

Yeah, he will turn down a huge job/pay upgrade so he doesn’t hurt his friend’s feelings.

Only non-AU people are talking much about Freeze

For example, he's not on the 247 initial list of candidates

Please provide evidence of this being the case. Because there's far more evidence pointing to the contrary

Freeze ruined his relationship with O by taking the Ole Miss job. That dude doesn't care.

Orgeron called up freeze and asked him to look at Chris Kiffin for D-line coach and he was hired.

Me and my boss eat lunch from time to time.

If he gets canned, I'll be sure to turn down the promotion out of respect to him

Freeze is itching to get back to relevancy and would likely be a nice bargain for auburn as they continue to pay off Gus

Their "friendship" was pretty overplayed by the media. Freeze leaned into it more than Gus probably because of his pathological need for people to like him.

The guy still searches his name on twitter to find what people are saying about him so he can respond and tell them he's praying for them. Softest skinned coach in SEC history. I think the state of alabama would tear him apart in a few years between the media and fans.
